Dotato di Impostazioni preconfigurate 3GX specificamente disponibili per tutta la serie T-Rex , ciò permette ai piloti di realizzare il programma di installazione più indicato per i loro elicotteri. Tre livelli di modalità di volo sono disponibili con 3GX quindi è adatto sia ai principianti che ai piloti avanzati.
3GX utilizza nuovi sensori del giroscopio dalle specifiche più avanzate rispetto ad altri sistemi flybarless attualmente sul mercato, che gli permette di essere utilizzato in condizioni difficili. Questi fattori permettono un hovering ultra stabile e conteporaneamente voli altamente acrobatici.
3GX utilizza il processore a 16 bit che è 4 volte più veloce della precedente generazione, insieme con un firmware completamente riscritto. Il risultato è un netto miglioramento della stabilità con una agilità esplosiva .
Costruito in funzione di compensazione piroetta, 3GX è in grado di stabilizzare l'elicottero su un punto fisso durante le manovre piroettanti. La precisione superiore che offre 3GX da la soluzione definitiva per fotografia aerea o per altri scopi speciali.
